All bicycle rentals include helmets, locks, spare & patch kit and pump.

Wear proper clothing (lycra, wool, non-cotton). Bring layers!
Always bring water (1 liter/ hr of riding recommended).
Bring food (energy bars).
If you don't know how to change a tube and patch a tire, please let us know and we will be happy to show you.
